Shi-Tzu Rantula - a monster which it has its debut in Swords and Sandals: Crusader and currently appears only in that game.

It appears only in Survival mode where it acts as a final boss and it cannot spawn in Conquer the Realm mode.

This is the only unplayable fraction in game

There's very little known about that monstrosity, aside that it's a fusion of tarantula and dog from Shih Tzu race.

It is planned to appear in Swords and Sandals Crusader Redux

The Shi-Tzu Rantula unlike the rest of leaders doesn't have its own army, but it can fight by itself as Colossus. It has much bigger base stats than other colossi and therefore it's not recommended to send Colossus to battle with it, unless it is weakened

Trivia

• If it could appear in Conquer the Realm mode, its homeland would border with 3 other provinces which they are strongholds of 3 other fractions:

- Phaetor (King Lionel IX's Kingdom)

- Drakondier (Sir Belgrave's Templar Church)

- Braxis (Baron Wolfgang's Free States)

• Its fraction color is white, because it's not defined in game script, but still uses Orange color for its flag (Conquer the Realm mode only) and for unit display in battle
• Even if it could appear in Conquer the Realm, the leader icon on map will be invisible.
• This is the only fraction which starts with only one ability starts with it upgraded at level 5.
• It always appears as itself in the battle no matter how much units has in its army and garissons (only if we decide to choose "Take on the field" option)
• Units spawned with Raise Dead by Shi-Tzu Rantula are immortal and they make enemy units indestructible too if they hit them.
• Shi-Tzu Rantula is the only leader which doesn't have any quotes while casting spells
• Shi-Tzu Rantula's non colossus units look exactly the same as Arglaxx's Beast Force units (Even uses Arglaxx's sprite as leader icon in battle)
• While casting Summon Critters it spawns Arglaxx's bats.
• While picking Shi-Tzu Rantula in Conquer the Realm menu, it displays Arglaxx's description.
• Its fraction uses Beast Force's coat of arms.
• In Survival mode when we will lose as Shi-Tzu Rantula (if it was playable somehow), other leaders won't say anything.
• There's a bug with leader order in Survival Mode which makes Shi-Tzu Rantula appear earlier than in round 8, then at the final round an other leader occupies its place:

-An even rarer bug can make Shi-Tzu Rantula appear more than once in single Survival Mode session.
